Services
The services we offer include everything from working with people who want to make big changes (like moving the kitchen from one side of the house to the other) to the client who wants a new color scheme for her home or a bedroom /bath makeover using our Private Quarters line of soft furnishings.
We do space analysis and planning, furniture layout, specification of materials, basic lighting, furniture and cabinet design, color schemes, window treatments and selection of art and accessories. We work with contractors and other professionals as part of the team that’s required when a large project is being done.
Our fees are based on $ 200.00 per hour for design. Our letter of agreement has a “not to exceed“ clause so the client is not looking at an open ended process. If a design consulation only is requested, there is a two hour minimum.
When we are managing a project with a team and making site visits, the hourly rate applies. Purchases made on the client’s behalf are most often on a discount off retail basis.
