Water damage was the impetus to get this remodel underway. Complete reworking of the spaces on the living floor. The living room remained the same but the kitchen moved from one side to of the house to the other, the old kitchen became the family/TV room, the old TV room became the dining room that opened off the living room. It was a great result from some unfortunate circumstances.
