Case Study #1
A large construction project was halted when the wife became ill. When it was time to resume the project, I was hired and we were able to finish the job. I came on board “mid stream” and it was both a joy and a challenge to see the project come to fruition.
Case Study #2
When the glass encased Jacuzzi tub was falling off the side of the house, it was time to tackle the master bath. We redesigned the bath, the closet, and refurbished the bedroom so the Master suite has joined the 21st Century. What a delight to have the client refer to the space as “My Refuge!”
Case Study #3
A dark, damp guest room and bath was renovated to welcome family and international guests. Large windows were added to bring in more light and the bathroom was redesigned for better function. For energy efficiency, we installed an instant hot water heater and underfloor heating. We used renewable bamboo for the hardwood flooring. The family reaction is "Great job, Mom!" and other guests give rave reviews.
